On the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, the information you provided in the contact form is used in order to process your enquiry and to contact you as necessary. Our legitimate interest originates from the processing of your enquiry. In order to answer your enquiry, the indication of your personal data is necessary. Your rights and freedoms are not to be regarded as predominant since you voluntarily provided us with your data and due to the fact that we strictly process it for the purpose indicated.

According to art. 21 sec. 1 GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent anytime. For you to exercise this right, please refer to the contact data stated in our legal notice.

We keep your data until your objection against the processing of your data is valid or until the specific purpose for the processing is no longer applicable (e.g. due to the completion of your enquiry). Compulsory legal provisions – retention periods of record keeping in particular – as well as any other legal basis will remain unaffected. Your data is not transferred to third parties or into third countries without your explicit consent.


Google reCAPTCHA

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. It is operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to verify whether data have been entered on our website (e.g. in a contact form) by a person or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor using various criteria. The analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. As part of the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates different information (e.g. IP address, how long the visitor stayed on the website or mouse movements effected by the user). The data recorded in this analysis are forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Visitors to the website are not informed that an analysis is taking place.

The data are processed on the basis of point (f) of Art. 6(1) of the GDPR. The owner of the website has a legitimate interest in protecting its website from misuse, automated spying and from spam.

Facebook Pixel

This website uses Facebook Pixel to measure visitor promotion conversion. The provider of this service is Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. According to Facebook, the recorded data are transmitted to the USA and other third countries.

This allows for the behaviour of visitors to the website to be tracked when they have been forwarded to the provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook ad. In this way, the effectiveness of Facebook ads can be analysed for statistical and market-research purposes and future marketing measures can be analysed.

The data collected are anonymous to us as the owners of this website; we cannot draw any conclusions as to the identity of the users. The data are, however, stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the appropriate user profile is possible and Facebook can use this data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Facebook’s Data Policy. This allows Facebook to serve ads on Facebook pages and outside Facebook. This use of data cannot be influenced by us as the website owner.

By registering, you are making a statement of consent in the sense of point (a) of Art. 6(1) as well as Art. 7(2) no. 3 of the UWG (German Act against Unfair Competition), which authorises us to use your data for promotional purposes in the context of our newsletter. To prove that a statement of consent has been issued correctly, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. To begin with, a confirmation email is sent to the email address you have indicated with a request for confirmation. The registration only comes into force when you click on the link contained within the confirmation email. We only use the data you gave us for the purpose of sending the newsletter which may contain information or offers.

We use rapidmail to send our emails.
