has worked in designing organisations, IT landscapes, processes and business development since 1995 – always with a strong focus on data protection and information security.
Since then, he has been supporting medium-sized companies. Initially in process design and in the development of professional organisations and wholesale organisations, later in the complex world of IT. Around 20 years of successful work in top management helped him gain considerable expertise. As managing director, Mr Aigner has been certified in the sectors of information security and data protection multiple times and works as an external data protection officer himself.

The ISO/IEC 27001 auditor / lead auditor with a long career in leading roles is a competent contact person for customers and colleagues in the fields of IT and IT security. In addition to many years of experience in supporting and managing complex software and IT projects, VDI/virtualisation and NAC (network access control) solutions, the certified Microsoft specialist also feels at home in the field of software development. With his extensive knowledge and versatile technical expertise, he enhances customers and the team in equal measure.
The business economist Carolin has long lasting professional knowledge in data protection and always stays on top of things. She connects her business administration expertise with her qualification as a certified data protection officer. Carolin is specialised in the practical application of the GDPR as well as finding individual solutions for businesses and data protection in the health sector. Her focus is on the development of concepts, process optimisation as well as the individual approach and solution-focused implementation of data protection for her customers.
Ramona has been working for us since the beginning of her training as an administrative assistant for office management. Therefore, she is familiar with the company´s whole service portfolio. Meanwhile, she not only supports the team in the back office but as a certified data protection officer, she also facilitates our customers in all fields. Her focus lies not only on service and solutions but also on flexibility and competence.
Sabrina has undergone further training as a data protection officer with a particular focus on technology. In the course of this, she completed an additional IT certification for data protection officers. With her legal knowledge and affinity for technology, she supports our specialists in the areas of web checks, privacy statements and cookie banners. With her language skills in English and Japanese, she also expands the foreign language portfolio of aigner business solutions GmbH. Last but not least, our customers also benefit directly from her many years of experience as a language instructor - Sabrina thus manages to get all participants excited about the topic of data protection during training sessions.
Franziska studied law at the Universities of Passau and Salzburg and brings valuable knowledge of both German and Austrian law. Fresh out of university, she impresses not only with her new perspectives and innovative ideas but also with her open and friendly manner, which makes her a valued colleague.
With her extensive legal expertise, Franziska provides our clients with competent and dedicated support in all matters of data protection law.
As a business lawyer with a Bachelor of Laws degree and certified data protection officer (DSB-TÜV), Tobias brings valuable expertise to our team. With six years of experience in a law firm, including work as an in-house data protection officer, he is well-equipped to competently support our clients in all matters related to data protection.
Tobias studied business law at the University of Applied Sciences in Hof and stands out for his diverse interests and strong commitment. His semester abroad in Vilnius not only provided him with fresh perspectives but also allowed him to acquire knowledge of the Lithuanian language.
After completing his law studies, Jonatan gained valuable experience working as an attorney at a renowned law firm in Passau. During this time, he discovered his passion for data protection law, which has since become his professional focus.
With his extensive expertise as a lawyer, Jonatan brings the ideal skill set to provide our clients with tailored and reliable advice on all aspects of data protection. His in-depth legal knowledge and solution-oriented approach enhance not only our in-house legal team but also support our data protection officers in all necessary areas.

Nadja is the head of our inhouse-law-team. She studied law at the University of Passau, followed by her legal clerkship and first and second state examinations in law. She specialises in data protection law. She skilfully applies her in-depth knowledge and always has advice on a tailor-made solution for our customers.
Manuel has already worked for several years as an Information Security Officer (ISO) and Business Continuity Manager (BCM) at a large bank. In addition, the state-certified business economist has a broad knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the financial industry as well as general certifications in the areas of crisis management and risk management. With this comprehensive and long-standing experience, he supports our customers as an Senior Manager Information Security in setting up an information security management system according to DIN ISO 27001 or TISAX®.
Marco is a technical business economist with years of experience in development departments in network and information technology. His extensive certifications as a consultant and auditor in the areas of quality management and data protection, as well as his work in IT security, make him a valuable expert both for customers and as back-office support. As an information security officer and data protection officer (DSB-TÜV), he provides long-term support for our customers. As a consultant in both areas, he assists customers on a project basis, for example in the introduction of information security systems.
Sandra holds a degree in business informatics and has an impressive wealth of experience of more than 18 years, during which she has worked as a project manager, test manager and senior consultant in the field of software development. Her professional career has taken her through challenging large-scale projects in the IT and telecommunications environment, in which she acquired extensive knowledge and skills that she can now apply to the establishment of information security systems in accordance with ISO 27001 and TISAX®.
Markus is a trained IT specialist for system integration. During his several years of training, he gained extensive experience in the field of information security and penetration testing.
With his broad technical Knowhow, he supports our customers in the field of information security as well as in the administration of our own IT landscape.
Christopher spent 19 years working primarily in development in the automotive supply industry, so he is very familiar with the realities that exist there. By taking on the role of internal information security officer at a company in the automotive industry, he gave his career a new direction.
Today, he uses his accumulated experience as an information security consultant to support our customers in the area of information security, especially TISAX® and ISO 27001.
Sebastian is a certified IT specialist in system integration with over twelve years of experience in IT administration and IT security. During this time, he has acquired extensive knowledge across all areas of IT – from system management to information security.
His passion for IT security and his commitment to high quality standards have driven him to continuously expand his expertise. He has successfully completed several TÜV-certified qualifications, including IT Security Officer, IT Security Manager, and Information Security Officer. With this solid expertise, Sebastian supports our clients in confidently meeting the growing demands of information security.
Kathrin is our sales and marketing expert. She is qualified as a foreign language correspondence clerk, industrial clerk and bachelor of business (CCI). In addition, she graduated as bachelor of Business and Management. She knows about the importance of customer excellence in all business areas. “Solving problems before they even arise, in the view of continuous adaptions to the frame conditions and legislative texts. Simon initially studied Korean Studies at the University of Vienna and is therefore fluent in both English and Korean. He also has a graduation in Business Administration and Economics with a comprehensive focus on management, innovation and marketing and can demonstrate sales experience in an international acting company. Due to the global orientation of his two study areas, he can support our customers worldwide, reliably and in a solution-oriented manner.
Carola has been an integral part of the aigner business solutions team since the company was founded. With friendliness and profound competence, you will always find an open ear for wishes and requirements in daily sales business.
Her many years of experience in various areas, from sales and customer service to administration, have given her a deep understanding of the interrelationships in both small companies and large corporations. She supports the Business Development team in finding the right solutions and offers for both existing and new customers.
During her Bachelor’s studies in Business Administration & Economics at the University of Passau, Sophia gained valuable practical experience in the sales department of an internationally operating corporation. This allowed her to gain early insights into complex business processes and further deepen her enthusiasm for entrepreneurial activities.
Since October, she has been supporting our Business Development Team as a team assistant. With her strong organizational skills, multilingual communication abilities, and a structured, solution-oriented approach, she makes a significant contribution to efficiently handling client inquiries and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.
Daniel began his professional journey with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at an internationally operating family business, where he gained early valuable insights into commercial processes and cross-border collaboration. He later pursued a second educational path at the University of Passau, where he successfully completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration, with a focus on International Management & Marketing. He further gained practical experience as a working student in International Business Development at an IT consulting company.
Since March, Daniel has been strengthening our team as a Business Development Manager. With his analytical and structured working style, international orientation, and strategic mindset, he makes a key contribution to identifying new market opportunities and driving projects forward successfully.
With around 10 years of experience in marketing—particularly in online, social media, and event marketing—Daniel takes on full responsibility for the marketing department at aigner business solutions. Thanks to his outgoing and professional manner, he brings fresh energy and creativity to the team while skillfully addressing the needs of our clients, partners, and colleagues.
By developing innovative marketing strategies, Daniel will further enhance the presence and public profile of aigner business solutions GmbH.
With her extensive experience in the finance sector, Michaela ensures transparent and efficient financial processes as Finance Manager. She is responsible for accounting, bookkeeping, and invoicing, and serves as a competent point of contact for both clients and the team in all finance-related matters. Through her structured and meticulous working style, she lays the foundation for reliable decision-making and smooth day-to-day business operations.
Tamara is a qualified Office Management Specialist and, as HR Manager, is responsible for all human resources matters. With her structured and solution-oriented approach, she oversees the entire employee lifecycle – from HR administration to supporting and advising our employees. In addition, she manages our company vehicle fleet, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Thanks to her commitment, reliability, and organizational skills, she is an essential part of our team and plays a key role in fostering our company culture.
Marco began studying to become a teacher in 2017 but later decided to take a new direction, gaining over two and a half years of extensive experience in the public sector, particularly in administrative roles. He then completed his vocational training as an office management assistant at aigner business solutions, graduating with outstanding results. During his training, he actively supported the Finance, Human Resources, and Data Protection teams in the back office.
Since being taken on as a full-time employee, Marco has been strengthening our team and contributing his expertise specifically in the areas of Human Resources and Data Protection. With his dedication, structured approach to work, and strong sense of responsibility, he is a valuable asset to our company.
Oliver is an experienced Quality Management Representative (QMR) with an academic Master's degree in International Business and an Executive MBA. His professional career in a large corporate environment and his previous experience in various industries give him a comprehensive view of effective quality management systems. He is aware of the crucial importance of a smoothly functioning quality management system: "This is the only way to gain a significant competitive advantage". He has been actively supporting our team in the development and continuous improvement of the quality management system since 2022.
With great sadness, we bid farewell to our esteemed colleague Iris, who left us far too soon. Her sudden passing leaves a huge void—not only in our team but also in our hearts.
Iris was not only a dedicated and competent employee but also a person of extraordinary warmth, helpfulness, and zest for life. With her positive energy, sense of humor, and tireless commitment, she enriched our daily interactions and made our workplace a truly special environment.
We are grateful for the time we shared and the memories we were able to create with her. Our deepest condolences go out to her family and loved ones.
