As managing director, Mr Aigner has been certified in the sectors of IT security and data protection multiple times and works as an external data protection officer himself.

The ISO/IEC 27001 auditor / lead auditor with a long career in leading roles is a competent contact person for customers and colleagues in the fields of IT and IT security. In addition to many years of experience in supporting and managing complex software and IT projects, VDI/virtualisation and NAC (network access control) solutions, the certified Microsoft specialist Tobias Damasko also feels at home in the field of software development. With his extensive knowledge and versatile technical expertise, he enhances customers and the team in equal measure.
With more than 20 years of experience as an executive assistant, she supports the executive board and the management in all administrative matters. She is the first port of call when it comes to scheduling and internal coordination.

The business economist Carolin Bauer has long lasting professional knowledge in data protection and always stays on top of things. Ramona Höfler has been working for us since the beginning of her training as an administrative assistant for office management. Therefore, she is familiar with the company´s whole service portfolio. Franziska Kössl completed her bachelor’s degree in business informatics at the Deggendorf University of Technology. For her thesis, she dealt with the development of test criteria for assessing the data protection compliance of websites for our GDPR web checks. She is now a product specialist for the same and a.o. responsible for the further development of our data protection management software “docu-safe”. Thanks to her being a certified data protection officer and her degree in business information technology, she supports our customers in the implementation of the GDPR with technical know-how and economic vision.

Oliver Lang has been working as a data protection officer for more than 10 years. He has both a master in international business and in business administration, accompanied by a long experience as executive manager. As a project leader and scrum master, he also dealt with further subjects like, e.g., industry and Logistik 4.0. Oliver Lang knows of the importance of information security and functioning data protection systems in the context of digital transformation. “That´s how a grave competitive advantage is being generated.” With his expertise both in the sector project- and process management and as a data protection officer, Oliver Lang constitutes the perfect support for our customers in terms of data protection management and preparation for certification assessments.
Nadja Becke is the head of our inhouse-law-team. She studied law at the University of Passau, followed by her legal clerkship and first and second state examinations in law. She specialises in data protection law. She skilfully applies her in-depth knowledge and always has advice on a tailor-made solution for our customers.
Kathrin Bernecker studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and the University of Passau. She has two state exams and after her legal clerkship she specialized in data protection law. Her experience as a lecturer at the University of Passau is of particular benefit to our customers in awareness training in the areas of data protection and IT security. As a data protection officer, she supports our customers not only with her legal expertise, but also with practical solutions.
Helena Rosenberger completed her law studies with the first and second state examination at the universities of Regensburg and Passau. One focus of her academic training is employment law. She supports our team with her legal expertise, especially in the area of employee data protection and advises our clients on the implementation of the GDPR.

The Diplom-Jurist Désirée Eder studied law at Passau University. For several years, she worked for a federal real estate company as project manager for law and data protection. She enriches the team with her legal expertise and she is the first contact person concerning organisation, documentation, DIN-ISO norms and all kinds of certification processes. “For the good of our customers, an open communication as well as structured, efficient and careful ways of working are of outstanding importance to me.”
Nadine Kampen is our expert in the sections information security, quality management, project management and certifications. While studying business administration at the RWTH in the town of Aachen, Germany, she had been working as a student management consultant and has hereby started gaining experience in different sectors as well as in notable companies. Her wide scope of experience includes quality management, training, sales, recruiting and IT, which our customers benefit from, especially while preparing for certifications, such as DIN ISO27001 or TISAX®. For a long time, she has been working as an information security officer and as quality assurance representative herself. Now, as IT security consultant and external information security officer, she supports our customers in the area of Munich, but also nationwide. Her device: „Where there is a will, there is a way. This implies: Nothing is impossible, you just have to get started.”
Manuel Wanka has already worked for several years as an Information Security Officer (ISB) and Business Continuity Manager (BCM) at a large bank. In addition, the state-certified business economist has a broad knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the financial industry as well as general certifications in the areas of crisis management and risk management. With this comprehensive and long-standing experience, he supports our customers as an IT security consultant and external ISB in setting up an information security management system according to DIN ISO 27001 or TISAX®.
Marco Erber is a technical business economist with years of experience in development departments in network and information technology. His extensive certifications as a consultant and auditor in the areas of quality management and data protection, as well as his work in IT security, make him a valuable expert both for customers and as back-office support. As an information security officer and data protection officer (DSB-TÜV), he provides long-term support for our customers. As a consultant in both areas, he assists customers on a project basis, for example in the introduction of information security systems.
Markus Winterstetter is a trained IT specialist for system integration. During his several years of training, he gained extensive experience in the field of IT security and penetration testing.
With his broad technical Knowhow, he supports our customers in the field of IT security as well as in the administration of our own IT landscape.
As a trained assistant for information and telecommunication systems, she knows how important the topics of data protection and IT security are for companies. In her role as Team Assistant IT-Security, she supports the team of experts in setting up ISMS as well as in preparing for ISO27001 and TISAX® certification. Her goal is always to focus on the wishes and requirements of the customers and to ensure smooth project processes.

Kathrin Weigl is our sales and marketing expert. She is qualified as a foreign language correspondence clerk, industrial clerk and bachelor of business (CCI). In addition, she graduated as bachelor of Business and Management. Tamara Antoch supports the Business Development department with her knowledge in the areas of sales and marketing. She is a certified foreign language correspondent and contributes her knowledge in customer service to national and international projects. Through her professional experience in globally operating companies, she also knows the importance of intercultural skills.
Her wide-ranging expertise and solution-oriented thinking therefore benefit our specialist departments as well as our customers.
Simon Süß initially studied Korean Studies at the University of Vienna and is therefore fluent in both English and Korean. He also has a graduation in Business Administration and Economics with a comprehensive focus on management, innovation and marketing and can demonstrate sales experience in an international acting company. Due to the global orientation of his two study areas, he can support our customers worldwide, reliably and in a solution-oriented manner.
Jan Schwemler is completing a traineeship as an office management clerk at aigner business solutions GmbH. Jan learned commercial processes at the Passau business school. Now he is getting to know the implementation in practice. He brings his creativity, talent for image processing and passion for video editing to our marketing department. Not least because of his efforts, our customers and followers can always look forward to new interesting content on our social media channels and in our newsletters.
