Mid-sized companies have been supported ever since then. Initially in process design and in the development of professional organisations and wholesale organisations, later in the complex world of IT. Around 20 years of successful work in top management helped him gain considerable expertise. As managing director, Mr Aigner has been certified in the sectors of information security and data protection multiple times and works as an external data protection officer himself.

The ISO/IEC 27001 auditor / lead auditor with a long career in leading roles is a competent contact person for customers and colleagues in the fields of IT and IT security. In addition to many years of experience in supporting and managing complex software and IT projects, VDI/virtualisation and NAC (network access control) solutions, the certified Microsoft specialist also feels at home in the field of software development. With his extensive knowledge and versatile technical expertise, he enhances customers and the team in equal measure.
As a trained banker and business graduate with many years of experience in leading positions in finance and controlling in various companies, he has the perfect foundation to complete our management team as Commercial Director. Today he is responsible in this position for the areas of finance, accounting, controlling and HR/HR. Here Alexander acts as a competent contact person for customers, business partners and colleagues in financial and HR matters. In addition to a wealth of experience in corporate finance and in the management of strategic projects, he also feels at home in the area of corporate development and process optimization. With his extensive knowledge and versatile professional expertise, he enriches customers, team and business partners alike.
With more than 20 years of experience as an executive assistant, she supports the executive board and the management in all administrative matters. She is the first port of call when it comes to scheduling and internal coordination.

The business economist Carolin has long lasting professional knowledge in data protection and always stays on top of things. She connects her business administration expertise with her qualification as a certified data protection officer. Carolin is specialised in the practical application of the GDPR as well as finding individual solutions for businesses and data protection in the health sector. Her focus is on the development of concepts, process optimisation as well as the individual approach and solution-focused implementation of data protection for her customers.
Ramona has been working for us since the beginning of her training as an administrative assistant for office management. Therefore, she is familiar with the company´s whole service portfolio. Meanwhile, she not only supports the team in the back office but as a certified data protection officer, she also facilitates our customers in all fields. Her focus lies not only on service and solutions but also on flexibility and competence.
Swen brings 18 years of professional experience as an HR business partner, account manager and executive to the table. Furthermore, he has also acquired comprehensive expertise in his role liaising between information security and data protection. “As a certified data protection officer, I offer guidance and advice in the implementation of GDPR.”
Sabrina has undergone further training as a data protection officer with a particular focus on technology. In the course of this, she completed an additional IT certification for data protection officers. With her legal knowledge and affinity for technology, she supports our specialists in the areas of web checks, privacy statements and cookie banners. With her language skills in English and Japanese, she also expands the foreign language portfolio of aigner business solutions GmbH. Last but not least, our customers also benefit directly from her many years of experience as a language instructor - Sabrina thus manages to get all participants excited about the topic of data protection during training sessions.
Our expert in data protection: „As a TÜV-certified data protection officer and data protection auditor, I use my expertise in IT, data protection, works council and business development in the national and international business environment. “ Andreas is a certified master of energy systems and technical business economist and has been part of our team since 2016.
Oliver has been working as a data protection officer for more than 10 years. He has both a master in international business and in business administration, accompanied by a long experience as executive manager. As a project leader and scrum master, he also dealt with further subjects like, e.g., industry and Logistik 4.0. Oliver knows of the importance of information security and functioning data protection systems in the context of digital transformation. “That´s how a grave competitive advantage is being generated.” With his expertise both in the sector project- and process management and as a data protection officer, Oliver constitutes the perfect support for our customers in terms of data protection management and preparation for certification assessments.
As an office management assistant, Tamara has learned to apply the commercial processes taught during her training in practice. With her friendly and team-oriented manner, she supports our data protection team in the back office at aigner business solutions. Her communicative and organized manner also benefits Tamara on a daily basis in the context of reception management and in dealing with our customers.
Nadja is the head of our inhouse-law-team. She studied law at the University of Passau, followed by her legal clerkship and first and second state examinations in law. She specialises in data protection law. She skilfully applies her in-depth knowledge and always has advice on a tailor-made solution for our customers.
Helena completed her law studies with the first and second state examination at the universities of Regensburg and Passau. One focus of her academic training is employment law. She supports our team with her legal expertise, especially in the area of employee data protection and advises our clients on the implementation of the GDPR.

After studying law at the University of Passau, Angelika passed the first state law examination. She then completed her legal clerkship in the Higher Regional Court District of Munich with the second state law examination. At aigner business solutions GmbH, she is part of the data protection team and supports and accompanies our customers on their way towards DSGVO compliance.
Simon successfully completed his law studies with the first state law examination at the University of Passau. He also earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the renowned University of London. His legal knowledge and passion for the law make him an important member of our team, especially when it comes to implementing the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for our customers.
Manuel has already worked for several years as an Information Security Officer (ISO) and Business Continuity Manager (BCM) at a large bank. In addition, the state-certified business economist has a broad knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the financial industry as well as general certifications in the areas of crisis management and risk management. With this comprehensive and long-standing experience, he supports our customers as an Senior Manager Information Security in setting up an information security management system according to DIN ISO 27001 or TISAX®.
Marco is a technical business economist with years of experience in development departments in network and information technology. His extensive certifications as a consultant and auditor in the areas of quality management and data protection, as well as his work in IT security, make him a valuable expert both for customers and as back-office support. As an information security officer and data protection officer (DSB-TÜV), he provides long-term support for our customers. As a consultant in both areas, he assists customers on a project basis, for example in the introduction of information security systems.
Iris holds a degree in business administration (FH) with a focus on service management. With over 16 years of experience in IT and customer support, she brings in-depth expertise with a fresh perspective on things. Her many years working with automotive suppliers and KRITIS infrastructures gives her the opportunity to get to know the other side of the spectrum. Iris now supports our customers in the area of information security by assisting in the establishment of information security systems according to ISO27001 and TISAX®, among other things.
Sandra holds a degree in business informatics and has an impressive wealth of experience of more than 18 years, during which she has worked as a project manager, test manager and senior consultant in the field of software development. Her professional career has taken her through challenging large-scale projects in the IT and telecommunications environment, in which she acquired extensive knowledge and skills that she can now apply to the establishment of information security systems in accordance with ISO 27001 and TISAX®.
Markus is a trained IT specialist for system integration. During his several years of training, he gained extensive experience in the field of information security and penetration testing.
With his broad technical Knowhow, he supports our customers in the field of information security as well as in the administration of our own IT landscape.
Christopher spent 19 years working primarily in development in the automotive supply industry, so he is very familiar with the realities that exist there. By taking on the role of internal information security officer at a company in the automotive industry, he gave his career a new direction.
Today, he uses his accumulated experience as an information security consultant to support our customers in the area of information security, especially TISAX® and ISO 27001.
Jörg worked for many years in the planning of high-availability and high-performance storage environments in the media industry before broadening his horizons with further training as an auditor for various management systems.
As a Senior Consultant Information Security, he has in-depth experience in advising companies on the introduction of standards such as ISO 27001 and TISAX®. A certification as auditor for information security as well as information security officer complete his profile.
Kathrin is our sales and marketing expert. She is qualified as a foreign language correspondence clerk, industrial clerk and bachelor of business (CCI). In addition, she graduated as bachelor of Business and Management. She knows about the importance of customer excellence in all business areas. “Solving problems before they even arise, in the view of continuous adaptions to the frame conditions and legislative texts. Day in day out, we face this challenge for our customers. I am proud to be part of such a professional team. “
Simon initially studied Korean Studies at the University of Vienna and is therefore fluent in both English and Korean. He also has a graduation in Business Administration and Economics with a comprehensive focus on management, innovation and marketing and can demonstrate sales experience in an international acting company. Due to the global orientation of his two study areas, he can support our customers worldwide, reliably and in a solution-oriented manner.
Jan has been working as a Business Development Manager at aigner business solutions since he successfully completed his training. Jan uses his creativity, talent for image editing and passion for video editing in our marketing department and also supports the sales process in their daily tasks. Last but not least, our customers and followers can always look forward to new interesting content on our social media channels and in our newsletters.
Michaela supports us with her extensive and long-standing experience in the field of financial accounting. For our customers, she is the safe point of contact for all questions regarding invoicing.
